DO NOT USE MATTRESS FIRM! We are in the middle of a huge issue with our delivery. We paid for haul away service. When they delivered our new mattress yesterday we were informed there was no room on the truck for it...WTF. They told us WE had to call the store where we purchased it from to arrange pick up. They did haul it to our curb...unwrapped and have half of our driveway now blocked.
We called the Downingtown store at noon and did not get an answer back until 8pm. Meanwhile it poured last night! They showed up this morning and refused to take it because it was soaking wet and unwrapped. We TOLD them it was unwrapped. We told the crew it was unacceptable. They said they would call dispatch from the truck but INSTEAD DROVE AWAY.
This is still unresolved. The mattresses sit out on the curb still. DO NOT USE!
